Returns + Exchanges

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange for another size, another product, or for a full refund.

 

To return or exchange an item, fill out the Product Return/Exchange Form at bottom of page and send back to us along with product. Please note: SHOES IN SHOEBOX MUST BE SHIPPED IN OUTSIDE BOX/SHIPPING CONTAINER. DO NOT ADHERE SHIPPING INFORMATION/LABELS TO SHOEBOX. Please shoot us an email at customerservice@charlatedrick.com to let us know your package is en route back to us. Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the price at point of sale or issue you a store credit to place a new order for the updated size or product you want. Returns and store credits will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and you'll receive notification via email. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

All exchanges or refunds must be handled within 14 days of receiving order, NO EXCEPTIONS. Full priced items purchased at Charla Tedrick are eligible for exchange or refund; Any product purchased at a sale price will be exchanged for store credit at the discounted/sale price purchased. International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange/refund. *PLEASE NOTE: SAMPLE SALE STYLES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IF HANDLED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING. CONTACT WITH CHARLA TEDRICK MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL WITHIN THE 5 DAYS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE SAMPLE SALE PRODUCTS. 

 

Exchanges can be done using your store credit. Once we receive your returned item, we'll get you a store credit code that you can use to purchase your exchanged item under a new order.

 

Returns must be in original condition (unworn, in original condition, with packaging and shoebox in tact). All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached or damage to shoebox. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.

 

 Charla Tedrick is not responsible for any theft or damages once the package is delivered.

 

Once we receive a return/exchange package, the refund/exchange/store credit will be processed within 7 business days. The customer will be notified via the same email used to purchase the order.

 

Please note that the customer's banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to the customer's account once they have received the information (typically 3-5 business days).

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. If the product is defective or an error was made on our end, a return postage label will be sent. For a product exchange or return, shipping back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to 2-3 business day processing and handling time.  This time frame may change unexpectedly and without notice depending on order fluctuation.

 

The time frame stated on the shipping page is the estimated "transportation" time from our warehouse to the shipping address provided on the order. This time frame is not calculated by us, but is estimated from the shipping transporter (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc.). Charla Tedrick cannot and will not guarantee any shipping and handling time frame estimates. For the $20 domestic flat rate 2-Day Expedited Service, please note that the shipping timeframe begins once the order is processed and the shipping time estimated by USPS is 2-3 business days. Please remember that orders may take 2-3 days to process before they're shipped. Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded for orders that are delivered within the time frame of 2-3 business days for processing and 2-3 business days for Domestic 2-Day Expedited Shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international sales are final. Charla Tedrick is not responsible for any custom fees that apply to any orders, lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages. If the package is not claimed and is sent back to Charla Tedrick, we will not refund the shipping and the customer will be charged shipping again if re-shipped. All international orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS.

All International Orders are FINAL SALE.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

 If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.

 

Charla Tedrick will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn with all original packaging in tact.

 

Charla Tedrick is NOT responsible for any damages/defects on shoes that were not bought directly from our website. Please contact the retailer the product was purchased from. If you believe that your purchase from CharlaTedrick.com is defective, please contact us at customerservice@charlatedrick.com within 14 days or receiving defective product. Please provide your Order # and photos of the defective product. We will not be able to assist emails that do not provide this information.

SAMPLE SALE - TERMS & CONDITIONS:  

  • All sample sale products are described to reflect true and real condition of shoe. Sample sale products may be offered in a variety of conditions including duplicate samples, approved but never produced, marketing/photoshoot samples or rejections due to minor manufacturing defects which will be described. Please read product descriptions carefully and note that price is reflective of condition of shoe. 

 

  • All sample sale products are eligible for return or exchange for store credit within 5 days of date received. Products will not be approved for return/exchange if contact with Charla Tedrick has not been made by email regarding the desire to return/exchange within the 5 day period. For returns or exchanges, please fill out the return or exchange form found under RETURN & EXCHANGES on our website and note that all requirements remain the same (unworn condition, etc). Please note that shipping will not be refunded for returns or exchanges and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

 

  • Most sample sale products are sold without box.
